Welcome to The Car Laundry. By booking a service, visiting our website, or engaging in any form of transaction with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

    • All bookings made by paying a booking amount are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

    • For self drop-off and pick-up, the balance payment must be completed after the service is performed and before the vehicle is delivered.

    • For pick-up and drop-off facilitated by The Car Laundry, the balance payment must be made after the service and before the car is handed over to our driver for return.

2. Vehicle Handling & Liability

    • All vehicles are handled, driven, and serviced strictly at the owner’s risk.

    • The Car Laundry takes utmost care in all services. However, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during pick-up, drop-off, or while the vehicle is under our care for detailing, coating, or any other treatment.

    • In the event of any driver-related accident or damage during pick-up/drop-off, the liability is limited to the amount covered under Personal Liability Insurance, up to a maximum of ₹20,000.

3. Personal Belongings

    • We strongly advise all customers to remove personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service.

    • The Car Laundry is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle during service or transport.

4. Communications & Promotions

    • By signing up for our services or logging in to our website, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from The Car Laundry via SMS, email, and other channels.

5. Service Availability

    • All services are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • While booking amounts are non-refundable, rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be accommodated, subject to availability.

7. Service Warranty

    • Warranty terms for Ceramic Coating, PPF, or other treatments are clearly mentioned in the invoice. Warranty is void if aftercare instructions are not followed or if unauthorized work is performed on the coated areas.

8. Aftercare Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions provided at the time of delivery to maintain the performance of coatings and treatments.

9. Delays in Delivery

    • While we strive to complete services within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed in such cases.

10. Photography Consent

    • We may take photos of vehicles before, during, or after service for quality control and marketing purposes. If you do not wish your vehicle to be featured, please inform our team at the time of drop-off.

11. Privacy Policy

    • For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

    • The Car Laundry shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

13. Legal Jurisdiction

    • All services, transactions, and any related disputes are governed by the laws of India.

    • Any legal matters will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Service Policy Updates

The Car Laundry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Refund Terms

Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds are available only if the product is defective or if the service was not rendered as described.

Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at support@thecarlaundry.com within 7 days of receiving the product/service.

Processing Time

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.

Non-Refundable Fees

    • Transaction fees or convenience charges are non-refundable.
