Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Car Laundry Retail Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering exceptional car care services with transparency and professionalism. Please read our updated policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Booking Confirmation & Deposit
To confirm your booking, we collect a deposit which is adjusted in the final bill:

₹2,000 for Ceramic or Graphene Coating

100% of the bill value for Paint Protection Film (PPF)

₹500 for Detailing Services

This confirmation amount secures your appointment slot and resource allocation, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund of the confirmation amount.

Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please notify us within 3 days of completion.

Our team will assess the concern and may offer a free rework or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 business days to your original mode of payment.
